Before Death Parts You, Start a TROML Journal Today…

640 Journal will genuinely improve your life“I started to write about my day… but I had so many bad things happen that I didn’t know where to start! …I made a list of everything that had happened and ended up with ten things. I was so down in the dumps, I decided to look at the negative aspects of each event and, for recovery, write the positive aspects… I felt helpless and sometimes hopeless… Death isn’t easy to accept , especially when it is slow and painful for a loved one. I hate it. Then I wrote down the positives of my dad dying. Yes, there were some positives! I had discovered I had been given this opportunity to get to know my dad… Death brought the opportunity to say, “I love you”! It was never said much in our house, just always understood… Just recently he had started saying “I love you too”! Wow! I had been waiting my whole life to hear those words. Death made that possible. So I went through my list of bad things like that, listing the negatives and the positives. Amazingly, the positives far outweighed the negatives. Imagine that! I finished writing and took a nap. I needed some rest. I felt better.”

journalWriting, creating a TROML Journal of memories and thoughts is key to the TROML Process. In fact it is were the magical TROML transformation occurs first—because TROML is a journal-based self realization process with a patented method of creating, reviewing and projecting our life experiences. To write, you have to think. To think you have to be. To be you have to learn and grow continuously throughout the course of our lives. TROML is a;; about awareness and extracting inspiration out of our life experiences and then formatting the world with our uniqueness and creativity versus the world trying to determine our life’s purpose.

This is What I Love about TROML, Transparent Journaling & Being Introspective!

This is what I love about TROML, transparent journaling and being introspective as yours and mine Personal Revivalist.

reclinerThe birds woke me up early and I went with it remembering to journal at my computer desk instead of my more comfortable recliner where I usually pray and meditate. In this way I can be transparent and share my thoughts electronically instead of only with myself writing in my personal and confidential TROML Journal.

oak computer deskWhen something pops into my mind… like there are something like 300 feelings, why does it seem I only experience just a handful… I go back and realize I forget how much introspection I have done and how much progress I have made…while I realize I have only written about 3 feelings and there are so many more I don’t get overwhelmed by the pile of work before me because I realize how far I have come.

I realize I am confused a bit between what is an emotion and what is a feeling. Actually I was googling to add a picture to the depressed article and a chart of the differences popped up. Thinking I should research and write about that topic I realized I had already done so.

Emotions, Feelings & Emotional Maturity

Now I was in a new place ready to go higher…

ego tinyWe think of our ego as our best friend that may be a bit too boastful… but in reality it seems to me that sometimes it’s the reverse making us think we are perfect and acting on only that we think about in the moment… better to pause, really think, investigate, pray & meditate a bit and then make an inspired decision… otherwise we are chasing a figment of our ego and not real life… I have already been down this road… now lets continue to build up to get a better perspective of our life… and thereby be able to live each day to the fullest!

Journaling Helps Me Help Myself…

640 Journal“Journaling helps me. I can think more clearly and get in touch with my feelings better when I write. Looking through my past journals helps me see patterns in my life.I can see where my Higher Power has brought good out of what I thought was a bad situation. I realize that everything passes, no matter how terrible I thought it was at the time.” Excerpt from Austin, Texas USA’s ‘Maintaining Long-Term Abstinence,’ on Page 141 of the Second Edition of “Abstience,” 2013.

I could not agree more wholeheartedly.

In desperation, I picked up a blank composition book 5,181 days ago on September 3rd, 2000. That was the start of my TROML process which continues to this day.

Being introspective, looking at yourself in a mirror and writing things down is not an easy thing to do but it is an immensely rewarding activity for sure.

Imagine our world with no words ever written down. No written record of history. Life would be chaotic without a doubt.

Imagine our world with no pictures. No videos or pictures to see what happened in the past and is happening today. A feeling of isolation comes over me when I think of a world with no written words or pictures.

Science has proven you need to define where you are, what the situation is in order to succeed in solving the problem.

There is no difference when it comes to personal growth.

To get out of your personal chaos and figure out the riddle to your life you need to do the work and the work beings with capturing your thoughts, words and actions in a journal.

The TROML process shows you how to do this in a simple, straight forward and enlightening way.

Start a journal today and I promise you that tomorrow you will begin an inspiring and incredible journey with yourself that progresses with you becoming the person and living the life of your dreams.

Absolutely, positively, without a doubt.

Scientific Proof that Journaling will Change your Life

Scientific proof that writing will change your life.   By Ellie Herman 2/23/15

In her article Ellie references a particular type of writing: personal narrative writing, also known as “self-expressive writing.”

That’s Journaling to me!

Throw in a guided 17-Day TROML PLAYBOOK to lead you through the sequential and magical topics to write about and it will become not only a health exercise but a learning and transitional way to a new life. Forever 36.

Grab a composition book and a pen and let’s get started right now! TROML Baby!

Here are some excerpts from Ellie’s article (use link above for the complete article).

Writing every day is good for you. And not just any writing; not grim, dutiful five-paragraph essays, but personal narrative writing, also known as “self-expressive writing.”

A recent article in The New York Times reported that studies at Stanford and Duke universities, as well as the University of Texas, have shown that “writing about oneself and personal experiences can improve mood disorders, help reduce symptoms among cancer patients, improve a person’s health after a heart attack, reduce doctor visits and even boost memory.” Struggling students at prestigious colleges who wrote personal narratives about overcoming challenges were four times as likely to finish college as struggling students who did not write these narratives.

…these studies validate what I learned over and over as a teacher, and what I continue to learn as a life coach, which is that people have a deep need to tell the story of their lives. In telling our stories, we shape our daily experience into a coherent narrative, linking our joys and sorrows to an ever-increasing understanding of what it means to be human…

…The act of writing, of finding words, helped me grasp what felt ungraspable: memory, joy, failure, loss, hope, the whole wild mashup of life experience. And so, I’m grateful that these new studies prove what I’ve sensed for so long, because they’ve made me hopeful that this act of making meaning of our lives through narrative, so fundamental to our humanity, will resume its place along with data as a way to understand and navigate our lives…

Maybe if we all write for 15 minutes a day, we won’t exactly change the world. But, with the full weight of science now behind me, I can tell you that writing your own story will change your own life. And who knows what might happen next?

End of Ellie Herman’s article.

Forever 36 Baby… science is great, enjoy our technological world for sure, but life is all about being human… don’t miss out on the greatest opportunity of your life to seek and find, then accept with compassion and truly love yourself first and others second. I can be Forever 36 and so can you!
