Journaling Helps Me Help Myself…

640 Journal“Journaling helps me. I can think more clearly and get in touch with my feelings better when I write. Looking through my past journals helps me see patterns in my life.I can see where my Higher Power has brought good out of what I thought was a bad situation. I realize that everything passes, no matter how terrible I thought it was at the time.” Excerpt from Austin, Texas USA’s ‘Maintaining Long-Term Abstinence,’ on Page 141 of the Second Edition of “Abstience,” 2013.

I could not agree more wholeheartedly.

In desperation, I picked up a blank composition book 5,181 days ago on September 3rd, 2000. That was the start of my TROML process which continues to this day.

Being introspective, looking at yourself in a mirror and writing things down is not an easy thing to do but it is an immensely rewarding activity for sure.

Imagine our world with no words ever written down. No written record of history. Life would be chaotic without a doubt.

Imagine our world with no pictures. No videos or pictures to see what happened in the past and is happening today. A feeling of isolation comes over me when I think of a world with no written words or pictures.

Science has proven you need to define where you are, what the situation is in order to succeed in solving the problem.

There is no difference when it comes to personal growth.

To get out of your personal chaos and figure out the riddle to your life you need to do the work and the work beings with capturing your thoughts, words and actions in a journal.

The TROML process shows you how to do this in a simple, straight forward and enlightening way.

Start a journal today and I promise you that tomorrow you will begin an inspiring and incredible journey with yourself that progresses with you becoming the person and living the life of your dreams.

Absolutely, positively, without a doubt.

Have a TROML Day Today!
